KAVROX operates this Shopify-powered store and offers sports apparel, equipment, accessories, customized products, private-label products, wholesale orders, and small trial orders. By accessing the website, creating an account, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the related store policies. Customers must provide accurate account, payment, delivery, design, and product information. Product images, colours, measurements, and specifications are presented as accurately as possible, although reasonable display and production variations may occur. Customers ordering customized or private-label products are responsible for reviewing and approving quotations, artwork, sizes, materials, colours, labels, packaging, and other specifications, and must have permission to use any logos, trademarks, or designs they provide.

Prices, taxes, payment terms, shipping charges, and other applicable costs will be shown at checkout or stated in the relevant quotation. An order is accepted when KAVROX provides written confirmation, confirms dispatch, or begins agreed production. The estimated delivery time is generally 4 to 8 weeks, beginning after receipt of the required payment, final specifications, usable artwork, and customer approvals, unless another timeframe is agreed in writing. Consumers may generally withdraw from eligible online purchases of standard products within 14 days of receipt, but customized, personalized, or customer-specific products are normally non-returnable unless defective, damaged, incorrectly manufactured, or materially different from the approved specifications. Swedish consumers may also have the right to complain about an original product defect for up to three years. Business customers must inspect deliveries and report visible damage, shortages, or non-conformities within 5 business days after delivery.

Customers must not use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful activities. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, while KAVROX’s liability to business customers is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by Swedish law, and unresolved eligible consumer disputes may be referred to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN).
