Can you work from my tech pack?

Yes. Send your tech pack with your enquiry. We review the specification, materials and sizing with you before sampling.

What if I do not have a tech pack?

A reference garment, sketch or measurement chart can be used as a starting point. We confirm the details with you before a sample is made.

What should I include in a hoodie, T-shirt or sweatsuit enquiry?

List the garments, the fit you want, such as regular or oversized, a fabric weight or reference garment, your colours, print or embroidery placement, the size range and the estimated quantity per style.

Will I approve a sample before production?

Yes. A sample is made for your fit and quality approval, and production begins only after you approve it.

Can products carry my own labels and packaging?

Yes. Labels, hangtags and packaging are specified with you during the specification review and confirmed on the sample.

How are quantities, pricing and timing agreed?

They depend on the product and specification. Share your estimated quantity and timing in your enquiry so they can be reviewed for your order.

What is the minimum order quantity for a collection?

It depends on the product, fabric, finish, decoration and number of colourways. Share each style and its estimated quantity for an order-specific review.
