Shipping policy

KAVROX offers tracked shipping through selected courier, air-freight, sea-freight, and logistics partners, depending on the destination, order size, weight, urgency, and product type. Orders are processed after payment, final specifications, artwork, and necessary approvals have been received. Our usual production and delivery timeframe is 4 to 8 weeks, although the exact timeframe may vary for customized, wholesale, and private-label orders. For shipments from Pakistan to Sweden, air freight typically takes around 5 to 10 days in transit, while sea freight commonly takes approximately 46 days, excluding production, customs clearance, and local delivery. Express parcels may arrive faster depending on the selected courier and service. 

Shipping costs are calculated according to the order’s weight, dimensions, destination, shipping method, and required delivery speed. The shipping cost and exact estimated delivery time can be presented in the initial product quotation before the order is confirmed. Where tracking is available, customers will receive a tracking number or shipment update after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
