What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no single minimum for every product. It is reviewed for each order based on the product, materials, colours, construction and customisation. Include your estimated quantity per style in your enquiry.
Does MOQ apply per style or colour?
It depends on the product and materials. A minimum may apply per style, per colour or per material. How it applies to your order is confirmed during the review.
Can different sizes be included?
Share your size range and, if known, the quantity per size. How sizes can be distributed within the order is confirmed during the review.
Can several designs be combined?
Whether designs can be combined depends on the product, materials and construction they share. List each design or style in your enquiry so it can be reviewed.
Is sampling separate from bulk production?
Sampling is a separate stage that takes place before bulk production. Bulk production is approved only after the sample has been reviewed. What the sample includes, and any cost, is confirmed for each project.
Can lower quantities be reviewed for selected products?
Feasibility depends on the product and production requirements. Submit the product and estimated quantity for review.
Will I approve a sample before production?
Yes. A sample is made for your fit and quality approval, and production begins only after you approve it.
What can I check on the sample?
Where relevant: construction, measurements and fit, fabric or material, colours, stitching, print or embroidery, labels and trims, zips and hardware, finishing and packaging presentation.
What happens if the sample needs changes?
Send consolidated feedback on the sample. Required revisions are reviewed with you, and bulk production is approved only once the specification and sample are agreed.
How long does sampling take, and what does it cost?
It depends on the product, materials and branding. Sampling time and cost are confirmed for each project as part of the quotation and development scope.
Do I need a tech pack to start?
No. A reference garment, sketch or measurement chart can be used as a starting point. The details are confirmed with you before a sample is made.
